Austin .NET User Group is the premier source for the .NET community in Austin, Texas.  Austin is a growing technology hub with thousands of .NET developers working in the area.  Austin is also well known for being the host to South by Southwest, a multi-week festival with conferences, trade shows, festivals and other events. Their current roster of annual events include: SXSW Music, SXSW Film, SXSW Interactive.  Among other events, SXSW helped with the early traction and buzz for Twitter and FourSquare.
